Managing Your Inner Critic workshop explores the mechanisms of our inner voice and how it too often sabotages our confidence and creativity.
This reflective and inner directed workshop is designed to help participants identify, understand and regulate their negative self talk. Critical inner dialogue is a common part of our thinking selves but it often debilitates more than motivates.
This special workshop will introduce various proven methods and strategies to help take back control of our inner voice, reduce negative thinking and forge a more positive, productive and confident self image.
