"Taming Your Inner Critic" workshop is designed to help individuals manage negative self-talk and cultivate a more positive and empowering mindset. Participants will learn about the impact of their inner critic on their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and how to identify and challenge negative self-talk patterns. They'll explore techniques for cultivating self-compassion and self-acceptance, and how to develop a growth mindset to overcome self-doubt and fear. Through interactive exercises and real-world case studies, participants will gain practical experience in managing their inner critic and leave with a toolkit of resources to support their ongoing development.
