The Art of the Question

The answers you get depend upon the questions you ask.

Questions are at the root of communication and problem solving. Asking the right kinds of questions, of both yourself and others, illuminates the problem-solving path and makes for better decision making.

In this thought-provoking and interactive workshop we explore how mastering the art of the question improves our investigative, critical thinking, persuasion, leadership, and creative problem-solving skills. You’ll learn how to observe and evaluate your own thought processes more objectively; listen more astutely; communicate more clearly; and manage and lead others more effectively. You'll learn the different phases of the question pyramid including discover, probe, elicit, and clarify, as well as the various question frames that shape and direct the thought process.
